I’m so excited to share these Lavender Valley Farms Maternity photos. You probably haven’t had to follow me long to recognize my sweet friends, Catherine and Justin. I’ve been so honored to capture their photos for the last few years. Catherine has been so sweet to take some of ours as well – you can find her work here. This is actually the second maternity shoot I’ve taken of Justin and Catherine. The two spilled the beans to us very early in Catherine’s pregnancy while they were visiting in San Diego, and we had to keep it a secret and disguise the shoot as a San Diego engagement photo session at Sunset Cliffs.
Lavender Valley Farms
Catherine chose Lavender Valley Farms in Oregon for it’s beautiful views of Mount Hood and rolling fields of purple. The fragrance in the air was to die for. In fact, I don’t know if I’ve ever felt more relaxed than I was after their session. After the maternity photos, we were allowed to check out the Farm Market Store where we could purchase so many goodies crafted right on the farm!
Wardrobe & Style
Catherine had the softest and prettiest hair and makeup done by her sweet friend, Hair By Hanna Bogle. Hanna even joined us for the shoot which was so helpful! She’s a rockstar, so if you’re in the PNW get ahold of this sweet lady. For her Lavender Valley Farms maternity photos, Catherine chose the Jessica gown from Sew Trendy Accessories.
